UPDATE!

A warm welcome to Wú Wéi Wellness!  My Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practice moved in January 2024. After 10 years with Vitalize, I am excited to start a new chapter and share with you what I love about this new location.  In central Beaverton, adjacent to the library and Beaverton Farmer’s Market, you will find the lovely Wú Wéi Wellness.  

Wú wéi is a Chinese term which can be translated as “effortless action,” and is evocative of the idea of going with the flow.  For Daoists, this means to be in alignment with the rhythm of nature both within and outside the body - effortlessly and spontaneously in harmony.  May we all find moments of wú wéi.

Wú Wéi Wellness has given wonderful attention to cultivating a space for healing.  I am excited for patients to have access to some of these goodies - an infrared sauna, PEMF mats and celluma light therapy.  All I could ask for is more plants, so they are coming!
