Welcome! I am a Chinese Medicine doctor and acupuncturist in Beaverton, Oregon. I am continuously amazed by the scope and transformative power of Chinese Medicine. Acupuncture, Massage, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Breathwork, Movement and Community give us the tools to cultivate health. We don't need to seek perfection to realize a greater sense of ease in our bodies. I hope to help you discover the changes that allow you to live life fully, whether that means being pain free while you do what you love, experiencing less anxiety, or starting a family.
